The best honey I have ever tasted |

I was in a local store like Homegoods, and I saw a jar of honey on their food shelf along with assorted jams and pastries from all over the world. I like honey and know something about it. This looked good, and I bought it. It is the most delicious honey I have ever had, and after I did my research I realized that not only was the honey good, but the producers were not only producing good honey, they were also taking steps to help in what I consider a serious emergency (Is there any other kind?).
Good flavor, good consistency, hasn't crystallized in over two years. Ethical producer: this is a winner all around. Now to finish my order.
