I'm new to Swarmbustin' Honey, although I have lived most of my life in Chester County (Where have you guys been hiding!). I recently purchased a few different honey bears, including buckwheat, at the mushroom festival in Kennett Sq. Holy... crap is this stuff good! For Buckwheat specifically; if you love gingersnap cookies or anything that has that rich molasses taste, this IS your honey.  I have to make another order of this stuff to keep my cabinet stocked. Hands down will be buying from you guys from now on.
