Pure Spring Honey. Pale and delicate in flavor with a full body and nice finish. This honey is derived from the spring flush of the Tulip Poplar tree, Black Locust, fruit bloom and Clover Blossoms. Ideal for sweetening tea. One pint is 1.5 pounds or 24 ounces.

Full disclosure..I don't really like honey.  I've tried time and again to use it in my tea or as a sweetener for cooking.  Nope.  The benefits of honey, especially local, are so amazing, but I haven't been able to find one I like yet.  Well, all that changed when I tasted this Golden Nectar Honey!  I was gifted this amazing honey for my birthday, and all I can say, is WOW.  I've used it in several different types of tea (dessert, black and green), and it's so good.  I've already told all our friends and family about it.  I highly recommend trying it!  I'm anxious to try some of the other honeys from here now!
