My boss gave me a jar of totally raw Swarmbustin' honey for Christmas 2019. It is delicious! I love it on lightly buttered toast or matzo. I tried to make it last, but the jar smiles at me from the cupboard, enticing me to have just a dab. Of course, one dab can lead to another. Who doesn't want some sunshine and love wrapped in sweetness? Many thanks to the bees responsible for my happiness.
