Un-heated, un-filtered honey, with all of the enzymes intact; this honey is a medical marvel as well as a culinary delight.Swarmbustin’ Honey’s Totally Raw Honey has been carefully extracted from the honeycomb; simply spun out using centrifugal force and allowed to crystallize naturally. There may bee pieces of bee pollen, propolis and honeycomb on the top of the jar. All of this is nutritious. In the event that there is not much visible on the top, there are still pieces of pollen, propolis and honeycomb suspended in the honey, so you get truly "Totally Raw Honey" in every spoonful.
In it's fresh liquid form, Swarmbustin' Totally Raw Honey is a rare and temporary delight, usually available for a short span each year beeginning late spring, and ending with the beeginning of the crystallization process in late fall. You can enjoy it as it is or let it rest in a cool place to speed its inevitable crystallization.
May bee used for all honey needs or as a sugar substitute.
